Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Silaiwali Didi app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Orders and bookings
All orders and fitting appointments are subject to availability with our partner boutiques. Pricing shown at checkout is final and includes any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Rentals and returns
Rented outfits must be returned in the same condition as delivered, by the date specified at checkout. Late returns may incur additional charges, and damage beyond normal wear may result in a deduction from your security deposit.
Custom stitching orders
Custom fit orders are made based on the measurements you confirm at your scheduled fitting visit. Silaiwali Didi is not responsible for fit issues arising from measurements taken incorrectly at your request or provided by you independently.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners. We do not store your card details on our servers. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders and fitting appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a full refund.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and placing orders, and to use the app only for lawful purposes.
Limitation of liability
Silaiwali Didi acts as a platform connecting customers with independent boutique partners. We are not liable for delays, errors, or damages caused directly by a partner boutique outside our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
