Yes, every partner is checked for stitching quality, fabric authenticity and on-time delivery before joining the platform, and we monitor feedback after every order.
How does the custom fit process work?
Pick a design, tap Order Custom Fit, choose your fitting method, and schedule a visit. We take your measurements at the date and address you confirm, and your outfit is stitched to fit.
Do I need to visit a store for fitting?
No, you can schedule a home visit for measurements, or choose an in-store fitting instead. Both options are available when you book your appointment.
Can I buy instead of renting?
Yes. Every outfit shows both a rental and a purchase price, so you can decide per item whether you want to keep it or return it after your event.
How long does a custom order take?
Most custom outfits are ready within 7–15 days depending on the design and embroidery work, with the exact timeline shown before you confirm your order.
What if the fit isn't right after delivery?
Reach out through the app within a few days of delivery. We'll arrange alterations or a re-fit with the same boutique wherever possible.
How do I pay for my order?
Payments are made securely within the app. UPI, cards and net banking are all supported, with pricing shown clearly before you confirm.
How far in advance should I book?
