We may also use this information to improve our app, services, designs, and overall customer experience, as well as to detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, misuse, or other security concerns.
Sharing your information
We may share the information necessary to fulfil your request with the relevant boutique, stitching, delivery, or service partner. For example, order details, contact information, delivery information, and fitting or measurement details may be shared with the partner responsible for completing your order. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate our app and business where necessary to provide those services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may use cookies, device information, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, maintain essential app functionality, understand how our services are used, and improve the performance and user experience of our platform. If you are unable to make the required change yourself, you may contact our support team and request that the information be corrected. We may verify your identity before making changes to protect the security of your account.
Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To submit an account deletion request, please contact our support team on WhatsApp at +91 63880 85198 and provide the 10-digit phone number registered with your account. We may verify your identity and account ownership before processing the request. Once your request has been successfully verified, your profile, phone record, and app-related personal data will be completely removed from our live systems within 7 business days. Please note that certain minimum transactional, payment, invoice, or other records may need to be retained where required by law, for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting requirements, or dispute resolution. Such information will be retained only for the period required for those purposes.
Opt-out
You can opt out of promotional and marketing communications at any time. You may manage your notification preferences through the app where those settings are available, or use the unsubscribe option included in marketing emails. Opting out of promotional communications will not prevent us from sending important service-related messages, such as order confirmations, delivery updates, fitting information, account notifications, security alerts, or other communications necessary to provide our services.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information from our systems.
Data security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmitting or storing information electronically can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are also responsible for keeping your account credentials and other login information confidential and notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
